➤ After one Pomodoro or 25-minute interval is over take a break for just 5 min which is enough to recharge your productivity and maintain trial of focus.
➤ After 4 Pomodoro’s you can treat yourself to a longer break of 15 to 30 min moreover, by setting the timer, you are giving your brain direction, and your mind knows that it has to focus on one thing for a set amount of time
